Q5 XL IPS - The display area is 25% larger than the original. Original Game Boy Color comes with a front-lit screen. If played under poor lighting conditions, the player will have a hard time seeing the screen. However, with Q5 XL IPS back-lit screen, the screen is much brighter and more colorful than the original screen. IPS LCD screen is much like a modern-day screen that you'll find on your cell phone or laptop. A back-lit screen also allows players to play under poor lighting conditions.
